Very good rooms - Hotel needs a gift shop and public telephones. Phone calls in room were charged even when you get a busy number.

I disliked being charged for parking for the night we stayed in the hotel. It was handy to stay parked there for the duration of our holiday abroad, but it was really steep to have to pay €9.50 per night on return - including the night of our stay. I appreciate that Irish Car Parks run the parking, but surely the hotel should have some concessionary rate. The €9.50 is higher than most and would encourage us to stay at Bewleys in future. The courtesy bus was appreciated, but all the airport hotels seem to have them.

All staff were extremely friendly. Our evening meal in the bar area was one of the best we had during our stay in Ireland.Room was very comfortable and the ease of arriving for a 0630 departure from the airport was made very easy.

The staff at the front desk were excellent and very helpful. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant, and I was disappointed with it. The wait for our meal was very long, as well as the wait for dessert. We were there for 2 and a half hours, which is at least an hour too long. As well, the meal was nothing special for the price.

Let me preface this by stating that there was a note posted that they were undergoing construction on the 2nd floor. That said, our room was on the 3rd floor and the hall way was a mess - big stains on the carpet, etc. Not what you would expect from a top hotel. Room itself was great.

Hotel staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Room was large and was well equipped, few tears in the wall paper were the only thing I could fault this hotel on.
