The noise level is high from traffic on public roads. Not good place for sleeping. It should be notified that clients will have to pay parking fees. This is extra. No surprises please.

It's a great location and great value for money. We had a lovely corner room which had 2 windows. It's spotless clean and I love the Dove shower products in the bathroom! It's very relaxing in the hotel and we really felt at home there.

Food Quality on the night I chose to eat in the hotel was extremely poor. Restaurant manager informed, but I suspect it is a central supplies issue

Very nice hotel and staff very friendly. We had dinner in the bar on one night and it was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant on the second night and it was a bit disappoining. The portions were a bit small and we feel that for the price, there should have been vegetables or side salad included with the main course. The continental breakfast was very good but the cooked breakfast was a bit cold.

It was a good place to stay and sleep. We were there very little as we got up and went around town early. its maybe further from everything than we normally would like but Oconnell st was only about 3 blocks away so not that bad really.

Excellent except that we got a smoking room. Not sure if we requested non smoking or not but if we weren't asked on form we would assume we'd get non smoking. When we asked reception they couldnt give us another room.
