Could do a lot better. Internet access from the first room I had was almost non existent.

The only major complaint I have is the directions, which according to the staff we were given an old map giving the location on the N1 which apparently is no longer in use. We spent at least 30 - 40 mins looking for the hotel, and found it purely by chance.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY, VERY COMFORTABLE, THE ONLY MOAN I WOULD HAVE IS THE HEAT IN THE BUILDING, WE HAD OUR WINDOWS OPEN ALL NIGHT AND THE CORRIDORS WERE FAR TOO HOT OTHER THAN THAT NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

Not very good. The rooms were expensive and very badly equiped. We had one measly bar of soap and no shampoo, body wash etc which is normally provided in hotels of this nature. We also had no hairdryer. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable however.

We had one night here before travelling on out of Dublin Airport so we had little interaction with the staff and area. One thing that was missing was soap etc. in the bathroom, one tiny bar between three people just wasn't enough.

Liked its location to the airport. Rooms were very spacious. Air conditioning would have been a help because I found room very clamy as weather was hot.

Location was great. The restaurant exceeded expectations for an "airport" hotel. Room size was good.

Liked about Travelodge, near airport and other services lots to choose from. All we wanted is clean, cheap accomadation not far from Fairyhouse Race Course and near airport for our flights, which is what we got at Travelodge dont see the point of high price hotels with all the frills just for a few nights. Keep up the good work, keep it clean, keep it cheap, keep it friendly. Regards

The Travel Lodge is very clean and the staff welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay there. The local shopping centre is very close at hand as are the main street for shopping in Swords.

Very poor. At the airport I had to wait outside in the cold for almost two hours for a cab! There were no buses or courtesy pickup at night. I was tired, cold, and miserable. The hotel is poorly maintained. The room was cold upon entering, too cold to take a bath. It warmed up after a couple hours. The towel bar did not heat. There were no toiletries except for a small bar of soap, and I had to pay 64 Euros for one person! The personnel at the hotel were fine. My bus ride back to the airport was fine, and what I saw outside seemed most attractive

The reception staff were very helpful as I need to print of a document and the did this for me. The Internet access could do with the ability to print or send to the desk printer with permission.

One minor problem - no lift at the hotel, and also an airport shuttle service would be good

Not for a luxury hotel break but it was great value for money as a stop-over hotel as it's very near the airport.
