I did not like that the heat does not work
until 16:00, it is cold in Dublin and
the heating system should not be on a
timer, it should be on demand |

The young lady on reception didn't greet
us. Had something she was doing and we had
to sit down and wait, then when she was
ready called us over to her. I did fill in
a survey in the room. |

Fantastic, didn't have time to visit bar
or restaraunt but look good to me. Rooms

The airport shuttle was a great service
and the bus drivers were so pleasant. My
window in my bedroom was broken (it did
not close or lock properly) and was not
airtight so air was getting in and it left
me feeling abit unsafe. I did not inform
the staff because from past experience of
hotels, very little is done to address
issues like this. |

Great location with a frequent bus service
to and from the terminal building - every
20 mins from 8am, every 30 mins prior to
this time. |

I thought the room was very small for a
four star hotel. The breakfast was really
expensive,especially for a child. Even the
discount at 15 euro. So, we didn't
partake. |

I stay at the Clarion Hotel Dublin Airport
